We use AI technology when we don't take phone calls. Not all phone calls are answered. If we do take your phone call, it's a $10 fee to make the reservation. Even if you speak with us over the phone and go online, you'll still be charged $10. To avoid the fee, please book online. Last minute bookings are booked at standard rate.
Do not call and say, "I only have cash, can I make a reservation?" Unfortunately, we will not accept your reservation, regardless of the situation. Cash is not accepted.

Airport Peace of Mind Service
Professional Greet Service: For the ultimate peace of mind, your driver will meet you inside the airport. We will greet you at the Baggage Claim with a digital sign featuring your name. Provide your flight number at booking, and we will be there waiting when you land.
RESERVATION PROCESSING: Requests made between 7:00 PM and 7:00 AM will be processed and confirmed during the next business day.
- 24/7 Service: We operate around the clock for all pre-confirmed and paid reservations.
- Airport Pickups: All airport pickups require a mandatory 20% gratuity.
- Wait Time Policy: Every scheduled pickup includes 10 minutes of wait time. After 10 minutes, the order will be cancelled unless you request to wait at $1.05 per minute.
- Cancellation: Inside 4 business days: 100% Non-Refundable. Outside 4 business days: 25% Cancellation Fee.
PAYMENT & BOOKING:
- Payment: Pay via Venmo, Cash App, or Zelle for Zero Transaction Fees.
- Credit Card: A 4% transaction fee applies to all card payments.
- Booking Fee: $10.00 Phone Booking Fee (Waived for Email Bookings).
ADDITIONAL SURCHARGES:
- MSP Pickup: $10.00 surcharge for all pickups at MSP.
- Peak Conditions: 10% surcharge for Holidays and Severe Blizzard Conditions.
